- Eyeglasses, contact lenses, or hearing aids if you use them while driving.
- Your medical history including past surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions.

To prepare:
- Drink water before your appointment. A urine sample is required.

Is ‘Reserve a Spot’ or ‘Book Online’ the same as making an appointment at urgent care?
No, reserving a spot or booking online is different from scheduling a traditional appointment. It saves your place in line but does not guarantee a specific time. It provides a link to complete your pre-registration forms. Once you complete these forms, this places you on a mobile (virtual) waitlist and helps streamline your check-in process when you arrive. Patients are seen according to medical urgency to ensure safe, appropriate care for everyone. For this reason, visit times may be delayed based on care needs and volume.
