About me
Angela Gimose, CRNP, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner who offers care for patients (age 5+) on the MedStar Health Mobile Health Center. She asseses, diagnoses, manages, and treats a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions, with some of the most common being abdominal pain, sore throats, sinusitis, hypertension, diabetes, and urinary tract infections. Angela also has experience and a specialized interest in HIV prevention strategies.
The Mobile Health Center navigates to communities across Baltimore City and aims to make healthcare services accessible for all. Angela is part of a team of care providers who offer primary care, urgent care, chronic disease management, women’s health, wound care, and mental health services. Additionally, patients can schedule appointments on the Mobile Health Center for vaccines, cancer screenings, sexually transmitted infection screenings, and HIV and Hepatitis C testing.
Angela is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is fluent in English as well as Swahili.
