Stefanie Jones

Stefanie Jones serves as vice president of Human Resources, for System & Integrated Services, where she oversees strategic entity Human Resources.  In addition to managing the Human Resources team, she leads the development and implementation of the respective entity people strategies.

Jones initially joined MedStar Health in 1991, working in various roles supporting Human Resources at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center.  She transitioned to additional leadership positions with other healthcare and consulting organizations before returning to MedStar Health in 2016 as director, Human Resources, followed a promotion to assistant vice president in 2019, and then to her current role as vice president Human Resources in 2022.
