About me
Amalia Londoño Tobón, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist and researcher with expertise in perinatal, early childhood, family, and cultural aspects of mental health. She received her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University and her medical degree from Stanford University. She completed her psychiatry residency and child psychiatry fellowship at Yale University. Additionally, Dr. Londoño Tobón completed a postdoctoral clinical and research fellowship in perinatal mental health at Brown University, and a research fellowship at the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities. Dr. Londoño Tobón’s work focuses on addressing mental health disparities during the perinatal period, and promoting justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in academic medicine.
