About me
Andres Barkil-Oteo, MD, MSC, is a psychiatrist at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Barkil-Oteo received his medical degree at Damascus University followed by two graduate degrees at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and University College London. He then went on to complete a residency program at Yale New Haven Hospital and is board certified in psychiatry.
