Ariel Trilling, MD is an Obstetrics and Gynecology provider at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center.
Dr. Trilling is interested in providing compassionate gynecologic and obstetric care for patients across their life spans. Her areas of interest include:

Dr. Trilling is a published provider and is cited in several publications and journals including Global Advances in Integrative Medicine and Health, Food Quality and Preference, and Plos One to name a few.
Dr. Trilling’s residency research project was a quality improvement initiative to improve screening and referral rates for perinatal mental health conditions.
Dr. Trilling’s philosophy of care centers on listening to her patients, prioritizing their well-being, and remaining open to continuous learning. She is particularly committed to advancing care in perinatal mental health.
In addition to clinical interests, political advocacy has been important to Dr. Trilling’s identity as an Ob/Gyn. She hopes to be able to continue to work to ensure that patients can access the care that they need.
