Ayesha Ahmad, MD, has joined MedStar Health as a headache neurologist for the department of Neurology. A vital member of the world-class team of MedStar Health neurology experts, Dr. Ahmad takes a patient-centered approach to care, connecting to each patient as she develops tailored treatment plans. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Headache Society and the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. Ahmad, whose work is published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals, is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and events.
