About me
Dr. Carlin Alleyne joined Franklin Square Hospital in 2005 specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Performs medical evaluations and medication management of patients 5 to 18 years old. Involves the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental disorders in children and adolescents, and their families.
Dr Alleyne attended George Washington University for her undergraduate, Major in Zoology and Minor in Psychology and completed further training in Masters of Public Health (Health Promotion and Disease Prevention). Then attended Wake Forest Medical School (Bowman Gray) for her Medical Education. She completed her Residency training at University of Virginia School of Medicine (Roanoke -Salem Program). Dr. Alleyne also completed a two year fellowship Program in Child and Adlescent Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions.
