Dr. You is an excellent care provider who is very compassionate about his patients.

He was very attentive and very informative. He apologized for being late to our appointment, again miss communication I believe. He made sure I understood the procedure and how it would be done. He printed out papers for me to look over about the procedure. He was very good.
