About me
Jill Cotter, D.O. provides comprehensive primary care services for children and adults of all ages. She also offers obstetrical care, seeing patients in the Women’s Pavilion as well as at the Family Health Center.
Dr. Cotter is a graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, located in Biddeford, Maine. After earning her medical degree, she relocated to Baltimore to pursue family medicine internship and residency training, including a one-year appointment as Chief Resident, at MedStar Franklin Square. Eager to make obstetrical care a key component of her practice, she then completed a fellowship in obstetrics at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. In tandem, she was named a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Cotter is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.
