PA Kate Hilgartner recalled in detail my heart and BP issues from our past meetings. Armed with a very comprehensive, recent blood analysis, EKG results and her own examination, she asked many questions regarding how I felt. She reviewed with me all the medications I am currently taking and most significantly, reminded me of their purpose and why I should continue taking them, even providing me with hand-written notes about each. We discussed circulation and exercise, suggesting that I should get vascular testing of my legs. She listened to all my questions carefully and answered them In a clear, unhurried manner. I left our meeting with complete confidence in her professional interpretation of my overall health, and I sense that PA Hilgartner genuinely cared for my well being. I feel very fortunate to have the benefit of her care.
