About me

Dr. Beaulieu joined the Division of Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in July 2020 upon completion of Infectious Diseases fellowship training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His clinical expertise is in the management of complex musculoskeletal infections. He works collaboratively with the MedStar Center for Wound Healing, the Limb Salvage Team, and the Divisions of Orthopedic and Neurosurgery in the care of patients with limb threatening wound infections. 

His research interests include reduction of surgical site infections, implementation of rapid diagnostic tests and accountability programs for improving antimicrobial utilization.
