Doctor listened well, discussed options thoroughly, and was very personable.

  • Feb 22, 2022

Dr Shafa was incredibly dismissive of my concerns. He attributed my symptoms to stress without even fully listening to them or asking me a single question (I had spoken with his resident, who was very nice). I was shocked by Dr Shafa's demeanor and am deeply disappointed that this was my experience at MedStar.

We never got to treatment options; that will come later.
