About me
Stephanie Teng, MD is an obstetrician/gynecologist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center with office locations at the Washington Women’s Wellness Center and at MedStar Mitchellville.
Dr. Teng sees patients for a wide variety of gynecological conditions including, but not limited to, abnormal uterine bleeding, uterine fibroids, abnormal pap smears, family planning, and contraception. She also provides prenatal care and performs deliveries at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. She also remains actively involved in the training and teaching of OB/GYN resident physicians.
Dr. Teng received her medical degree from The Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, in affiliation with MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, during which she received awards for excellence in gynecological surgery and medical teaching.
Dr. Teng is dedicated to providing exceptional and comprehensive care to her patients. She is passionate in helping women be educated and empowered about their health.
