Anchal Gupta is a first year fellow in the program. Originally from India, where she completed her medical school training. Hailing from a region now recognized as the "diabetic capital of the world," she developed a deep passion for curing endocrine disorders. She did her Internal Medicine residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC. Anchal believes that "empathy towards patients can cure half of their disease", a philosophy that guides her compassionate approach to care. Outside of medicine, she loves cooking different cuisines, traveling, and taking walks around her favorite spot in Washington, DC, the National Mall!
