Julia Rauch, MD

Hampshire College (2017)
Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science (2023)

Julia grew up in NY state and subsequently went to college in Massachusetts, where she studied molecular neuroscience and creative writing. She then moved to Germany to study the gut microbiome and wound up in Chicago for medical school. She is thrilled to be back on the East Coast and excited to explore what DC offers! Her medical interests include congenital cardiology, ICU, and transition of care in pediatric patients with complex needs. She is especially passionate about advocacy, mentorship, teaching, and QI. She loves a good fun fact or pun; outside of medicine, she can be seen cooking like Julia Child, going on adventures with her sister, or traveling the world. Her favorite conversation topic is about the pineapple.
