Born and raised in the DMV, Dr. Zoey Maggid is honored to continue her medical training at Georgetown and to serve the community that helped shape who she is today. Prior to medical school, she worked as a Clinic Coordinator and Research Assistant with the Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Outcome (CANDO) Program at Children’s National Hospital. During medical school, she served as Education and Creative Director of the Big Hoya Little Saxa Mentorship Program and was actively involved in Georgetown’s Mind-Body Medicine Program. Outside of medicine, Zoey has a lifelong passion for music, dance, and the performing arts. She has recorded albums with her a cappella group and performed in showcases with her dance company. She is grateful to be part of the Georgetown Pediatrics family and is excited to continue caring for children and families in the community she calls home.
