Why NRH-Georgetown? NRH does an exceptional job of training well-rounded physiatrists, offering a wealth of opportunity beyond its strong clinical training- ranging from physiatry/ public health research to partnerships with adaptive sports teams and other community-based initiatives. The mentorship and teaching at NRH also stand out from any other program I have encountered, and it is clear that the faculty are truly committed to resident education and experience. From my visiting student rotation to the numerous interactions, I have had with the program at conferences and volunteering events, I very quickly found a home with the supportive and inspiring NRH community. I am so excited to be working in this beautiful city, with its diverse patient population, and to be near my extended family and close friends!
