Kate Wesley serves as assistant vice president of human resources for Integrate System Services where she provides strategic direction for the HR department to ensure the overall effectiveness of the respective entity people strategies.
Kate has been a human resources professional since 2004 working in non-profit and healthcare organizations. Kate joined MedStar Health in 2016 working as a Human Resources Business Partner at MedStar Union Memorial and MedStar Good Samaritan hospitals. She moved into a leadership position in 2019 as manager of human resources for System, Shared Services, and Information Services, followed by her role as director and then AVP of human resources.
Kate received a Master of Arts in public anthropology from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She holds a professional certification in human resources.
