Anthony has over 25 years’ experience in leadership and over 13 years of experience in Healthcare Operations and Process Improvement. He has worked in Government, Hospitality, and Healthcare industries; and started his healthcare continuous improvement journey in 2013 at Lee Health, Gulf Coast Medical Center, located in Southwest Florida.

Throughout his healthcare career Anthony has held multiple operational leader roles in various support service lines such as Director of Process Improvement, Director of EVS & Central Patient Transport, Senior Performance Excellence Specialist, Director of Purchasing, Director of Surgical Pack Operations, and Director of Business Operations - Supply Chain.

Anthony is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Lean Bronze from the Society of Manufacturing and Engineering (SME). Anthony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Science degree in Executive Management and Business Administration from Hodges University.
