In 2018, Ken joined the MedStar Health family as a Process Improvement Specialist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where he led and supported initiatives focused on improving operational processes and enhancing the experiences of both associates and patients. Throughout his career, he has coached and mentored leaders and frontline teams in identifying opportunities, implementing sustainable solutions, promoting efficiency, and reducing waste through process improvement and change management methodologies.

Ken is certified in Design Thinking, Change Management, and Organizational Coaching. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and a Master of Health Administration from Texas A&M Health Science Center School of Public Health.
