Stephen brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including more than more than 10 years focused on data and analytics. He’s passionate about making data accessible, meaningful, and genuinely useful—helping teams turn information into better decisions and real-world impact.

Over the course of his career, he has built enterprise-level analytic products, including systemwide workforce reporting and executive dashboards that supported critical initiatives like equitable COVID-19 vaccine distribution. He has also helped advance data visualization and governance practices by designing scalable dashboard frameworks and promoting best practices across teams.

Stephen also cares deeply about building a strong analytics community helped co-found the original Tableau Community of Practice for MedStar, and created education programs to help others grow their skills and confidence in working with data.

At his core, Stephen is a problem solver—curious, creative, and motivated to help. He especially enjoys unlocking the potential in data, whether through his own work or by mentoring others to grow and succeed in analytics.
