From diagnosis and treatment to education and support services, we offer a holistic approach to caring for age-related conditions. Our services address a wide range of issues, including behavioral changes such as depression or anxiety, chronic conditions, confusion or memory problems, decreased mobility, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, and polypharmacy.

The Center for Successful Aging is a geriatric primary care center, specializing in caring for older adults living with complex medical diagnoses. We are dedicated to providing care by following the IHI 4Ms Framework for an Age-Friendly Health System. Our comprehensive approach ensures that we focus on What Matters to our patients, manage Mentation, support Mobility, and optimize Medication to deliver the best possible outcomes for our aging community.
At your first appointment, our experts will thoroughly assess your health by reviewing your medical history, health needs, and potential risks for age-related conditions.

As a caregiver for an older adult patient, your needs matter, too. At our Center for Successful Aging, our team is here to provide you with information and resources, connection to support and encouragement as you help your elderly family members age safely at home.
House call program
Do you or your loved one have trouble going to the doctor? We can help. Our MedStar Health House Call program brings medical providers to your home. We make house calls for people 65 and older who live in Montgomery County who have difficulty leaving their homes for medical appointments.
