All appointments for specialist consultations, pre-transplant evaluation, blood work, and imaging can occur at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. However, should transplant be performed, transplant surgery and initial post-op appointments would take place at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. Once cleared from your transplant surgeon, your follow-up care would then be transitioned back to Baltimore at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center.
