This free meditative exercise program is designed for seniors 55 and older. It will help improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and range of motion, and it will increase strength by making your movements more efficient. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and flat shoes. Students should be able to stand for 30 minutes at a time.
