Welcome Montgomery County Public School student athletes and parents. We are proud to be your official sports medicine partner and are committed to keeping school sports safe. Should an unfortunate injury occur, we are by your side, providing you with fast-tracked care with our sports medicine experts, the same ones who treat the pros! MedStar Health has cared for numerous professional teams in the region for years and we are pleased to provide MCPS with the same level of elite care.

As the largest health system in the region, we offer a wide variety of subspecialty care. We are available to navigate your injured athlete to the right clinician for the appropriate treatment to achieve the best outcome, as quickly as possible. Some of our sports medicine services include:

Fall sports injury clinics (Saturdays)
This fall sports season, we are pleased to offer MCPS athletes rapid access to our sports medicine clinicians on Saturday mornings (8 a.m. to noon). This is a pilot program we hope to continue beyond the fall season, if it adds value to the program. Coordinate your visit to the injury clinic through your school’s athletic trainer.
