Bradley S. Chambers is senior vice president and chief operating officer, Baltimore Region, for MedStar Health. In this role, Chambers serves as strategic market lead for the Baltimore Region, coordinating execution of MedStar Health strategic objectives while supporting day-to-day operations to deliver patient care. He is responsible for MedStar Health Home Care, the largest home health care provider in the region, caring for patients in the District of Columbia and 16 counties across Maryland and Virginia.
Chambers began his MedStar Health career in 1995 when he joined Helix Health. In 1998, he became vice president of Operations for MedStar Union Memorial, rising in responsibilities and oversight until he was promoted to chief operating officer in 2005. In 2009, Chambers was named president of MedStar Union Memorial, and in 2015, expanded that role to include MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital. Prior to MedStar Health, Chambers worked at the University of Maryland Medical System for five years.
In 2025, Chambers was elected Chair of the Maryland Hospital Association Board of Trustees, and became the out-going President of the Center Club of Board of Governors.
Chambers has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management and a master’s degree in Health Sciences Administration from Towson University.
