Led by a certified diabetes educator, our three-part Diabetes Self-Management Support Class covers topics such as:
- Blood glucose self-monitoring
- Acute and chronic complications
- Medication management
- Healthy nutrition
- Basic carbohydrate counting

Must register for first date of series, at least three days prior.
