About me
Amy Blunt, MD, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center, providing women’s health services, from prenatal and routine gynecological care to the maintenance and treatment for a wide variety of services.
Dr. Blunt earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine followed by the completion of residency in obstetrics and gynecology through the University of Maryland Medical System. She is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
During her career, Dr. Blunt has earned honors in Alpha Omega Alpha, an Outstanding Medical Student Award, the Academic Excellence Award from the Student National Medical Association and is a member of the Sigma Xi Scientific Honor Society.
