Dr. Griswold is a fellowship trained, board certified orthopaedist who specializes in shoulder and elbow surgery. His areas of expertise and special interest include:

Dr. Griswold is an active researcher who has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, written book chapters, and presented at national conferences. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and an American Shoulder and Elbow Society Candidate Member.
Dr. Griswold is committed to a personalized approach to patient care, working closely with each patient to explore both non-operative and surgical treatment options. His goal is to help patients return to the activities they love with minimal pain and maximal function.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Augusta University Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Griswold completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at Western Orthopaedic and Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs.
He also enjoys traveling, fitness, cooking, music, the outdoors, and trying new restaurants.
