About me
Chadi Abouassaly, MD, is a Trauma and Acute Care Surgeon at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Dr. Abouassaly received his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in General Surgery at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Dr. Abouassaly went on to complete a fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Trauma and Surgical Critical Care. He is board certified in general surgery and surgical critical care.
