About me
As an advanced practice provider, Donna conducts consultations to evaluate patients for aneurysms, carotid disease, arterial/venous disease, wound care, and other vascular conditions. She orders and reviews imaging to determine the need for intervention for those with vascular disease. Passionate about her work, Donna is always available to answer any questions her patients may have regarding their diagnosis, test results, or treatment plan, ensuring they feel informed and supported. She is also certified in sclerotherapy, a minimally invasive in-office procedure to treat varicose and spider veins.
Donna started her career at MedStar Washington Hospital Center as a staff working in cardiology and worked her way up to the position of Chief Nurse Practitioner of Cardiology. She then transitioned into vascular surgery as the Director of Nursing at The Center of Vascular Care. After 20 years at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, she relocated closer to her home in Southern Maryland and has been serving her community for over 17 years.
