About me
Robert J. Schenck, MD, a fellowship-trained gastroenterologist, joined MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in 2023. Dr. Schenck has a strong commitment to delivering the best possible care to every patient. He treats adults with a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions including reflux disease, difficulty swallowing, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and liver disease. Dr. Schenck performs colonoscopies and upper endoscopies in the hospital’s ambulatory/outpatient surgery centers and endoscopy suites.
