About me
Medical Director, Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
Sandeep Simlote, MD, is a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation and internal medicine, with a special interest in the rehabilitation of individuals with cardiac illness, stroke, spinal cord injury, and the rehabilitation of geriatric individuals.
After receiving his medical degree from the University of Rajasthan in India, he completed postgraduate training in internal medicine at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and then served as chief resident in the Department of Medicine. Dr. Simlote then went on to complete his postgraduate training in physical medicine and rehabilitation here at MedStar NRH.
He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
