Dr. Talal Al-Qaoud is an abdominal transplant surgeon and urologist specializing in kidney, liver, and pancreas transplantation, as well as advanced urologic oncology and complex genitourinary reconstruction. His practice focuses on the management of patients with complex abdominal and transplant-related conditions, particularly those requiring integration of transplant, urologic, vascular, and oncologic surgical techniques.

His clinical expertise includes multi-organ transplantation, robotic kidney transplantation, transplant ureteral reconstruction, renal autotransplantation, and major vascular reconstruction including inferior vena cava (IVC) reconstruction. He also manages complex oncologic cases involving the kidney and retroperitoneum, including tumors with vascular involvement and patients requiring multidisciplinary surgical approaches.

Dr. Al-Qaoud has played a key role in the development of the robotic kidney transplantation program, expanding access to minimally invasive transplant surgery for select patients.
