Andrew Radu MD

Andrew Radu, MD, is a dedicated community outpatient psychiatrist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and teaches our residents. He holds a BA in psychology and a Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Sidney Kimmel Medical College and completed his psychiatry residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Radu is passionate about treating underserved populations and has a special interest in athlete psychiatry. For fun, he enjoys competitive fencing and is the reigning US national champion Veteran Men's Foil.
