Vice President, Human Resources – MedStar Medical Group and MedStar Ambulatory Services
Prriti Narain is vice president of Human Resources for MedStar Medical Group and MedStar Ambulatory Services, where she leads HR strategy for the region’s largest medical group and more than 500 ambulatory care sites. Her work supports thousands of healthcare providers and professionals, advancing MedStar Health’s mission to deliver accessible, high-quality care across Maryland and the greater Washington, D.C., region.
With more than two decades of global leadership experience, Narain has held senior roles at industry-leading organizations, including Google, GE, and the United Nations. She has led enterprise-wide transformation, workforce strategy, succession planning, and cultural integration across complex healthcare and technology systems. At MedStar Health, she advises entity presidents and senior leaders on strategic alignment, HR operating model redesign, and scalable growth solutions.
Throughout her career, Narain has worked closely with boards and executive committees on matters of talent strategy, risk, crisis response, and inclusive leadership. She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Women on Boards program and brings a governance-informed perspective to leadership development and human capital planning.
Narain holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in India and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Delhi. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a founding member of the HR Board of FICCI India.
