Donations support expert care provided by MedStar Georgetown Cancer Institute specialists at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, giving patients access to the latest treatments and potential for better outcomes. - Strengthening key partnerships
Our collaboration with Georgetown University Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, Washington, D.C.’s only National Cancer Institute-designated center, propels research from lab to clinical care through the MedStar Health Research Institute.

- Funded the salaries of two full-time clinical research coordinators, who are essential to patient recruitment and trial navigation
- Enabled our continued participation in studies sponsored by the National Cancer Institute, many of which lack substantial external funding
- Increased access to cutting-edge treatments for patients who are historically underrepresented in clinical research
