The comprehensive athlete performance screening (CAPS) is an extensive evaluation designed to assess and optimize athletic performance. Created by strength and conditioning specialist, Ryan Carr and physical therapist, Rebecca Lee, CAPS breaks down 7 pillars of athleticism which make an athlete excel in their sport:  speed, power, agility, upper and lower body strength, flexibility, core strength, and endurance.

Each athlete will receive a written report detailing how they compare to athletes of the same age. CAPS will also highlight any faulty mechanics, weaknesses, or asymmetries and provide recommendations on how to optimize performance.

Reach your full potential and schedule with our CAPS specialists today! Individual and team options available. This program is ideal for athletes ages 10 and up.
