Dr was extremely kind,I was sick and vomited,he was helpful and very supportive stayed with me until I felt better

  • Jun 27, 2022

I found that the doctor said what he wanted to say and wasn't interested in what I had to say

  • Jun 15, 2022

Bad: referral mandate / Good: Everything else overall was excellent; however, if Medstar had the MRI equipment my medical issue would have been addressed and completed; which would save everyone time, money, and the physical affliction/ disorder would have been over... PS. "The MRI facility staff person was very morbid and detached, I had to repeat myself multiple times; perhaps they were newly hired or simply having a bad moment or day, regardless, FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PARAMOUNT IN MEDICAL FIELD ".
