Shirley has over 15 years of professional experience with performance improvement in the healthcare sector. She is a nurse by trade and has served as Case Manager, Quality Manager and Lean Consultant in a variety of health care systems. As a PI consultant, she developed trusting relationships with all levels in the organization. She provided Senior Leadership with strategic consultation and deployment of approaches that achieved and maintained desired outcomes in both Acute and Post Acute settings. She is delighted to be a part of the Medstar Health Performance Improvement team.
