Team building events
A couple times a year, our team enjoys connecting outside of the office and we didn’t let a pandemic stop us! We have had several virtual happy hours and worked together as team during a virtual escape room event.

Healthcare leadership
Teammates Alex Matov and Becca Mead presented about PI projects they led at the 2021 Healthcare Systems Process Improvement Conference.

Community volunteering
Teamwork is important to us and so is giving back. We have formed a relationship with Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baltimore and schedule regular events with the scholars.
