At our Clinton site, our highly trained physical therapists offer a variety of specialized services, including manual therapy and muscular retraining. We proudly care for patients of all ages, from young athletes participating in school sports to weekend adult warriors. Our physical therapists also offer rehabilitation for pre and post-operative care, working with you to tailor a plan specific to your needs and goals.

Tiara Baskins attended Towson University where she received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Tiara also completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. She specializes in the following rehabilitation areas:

James “Jimmy” Hoyt received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Jimmy completed his doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Jimmy is an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Additionally, Jimmy is Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT) which is more commonly known as McKenzie Therapy which is a specialized, classification-based treatment used for neck and low back pain that refers into the upper and lower extremities, respectively. Jimmy also has become a Certified Exercising Expert for Aging Adults (CEEAA) which focused on safely progressing and appropriately challenging the aging population while taking their co-existing medical conditions into account. Due to his love of sports and treating athletes, Jimmy also became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Jimmy’s rehabilitation specialties include:

  • Orthopedics (OCS)
  • Low back and Neck pain including radicular symptoms (i.e. sciatica) (Cert. MDT)
  • Athletes participating in cutting sports (i.e. Soccer) (FIFA Medical Network Diploma)
  • Injury Prevention and Return to Play for Athletes
  • Strength and Conditioning (CSCS)
  • Progressive Strength and Conditioning for the aging adult (CEEAA)
  • Gait and Balance; Fall Prevention (CEEAA)
  • Vestibular conditions including but not limited to Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
  • Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMD)

Kelli Stewart-Johnson received her associate’s degree in physical therapy assistance in 2007. Her rehabilitation specialties include:

Raymond Metzger attended Howard University where he completed both his bachelor’s degree and his doctoral degree in physical therapy. Raymond is certified in the selective functional movement assessment (SFMA) and specializes in the following rehabilitation areas:

Thao Nguyen received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Master's degree in Anatomy and Health Sciences at the University of Delaware. Thao continued her education at University of Delaware and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Thao’s areas of interest include orthopedic and sports conditions. Thao's rehabilitation specialties include:
