About me
David Zachary Martin, MD is a plastic surgeon for MedStar Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, practicing at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Martin earned his medical degree at Georgetown University and completed a five-year residency at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. He has served in executive roles at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital since 2006.
Dr. Martin is currently the Medical Director of the Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Healing Center, Chief of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Attending Plastic Surgeon at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital. Previously he has served as President of the Medical Staff at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital.
Dr. Martin treats a broad range of patients in facial, hand, trunk, and lower extremity reconstruction. Lower extremity surgery includes the ankles and feet, a sub-specialty in which Dr. Martin has particular expertise.
