Rosanna Dinh, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CCRC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in breast surgical oncology at MedStar Health at Bel Air. With more than 30 years of experience in women's health and almost a decade dedicated to breast care, she provides comprehensive care for patients with benign breast disease, breast cancer, high breast cancer risk, and other breast-related concerns.

Rosanna is committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care built on active listening, patient education, and evidence-based practice. She performs comprehensive breast evaluations, develops personalized care plans, and guides patients through diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and long-term follow-up. Passionate about raising breast cancer awareness, she champions the use of risk assessment tools and early detection screenings, helping patients understand their individual risk factors and take preventive action and risk-reduction measures.

Before joining MedStar Health, Rosanna built an extensive career in clinical and research nursing, including work as an operating room nurse and as a research nurse in surgery and oncology for both National Institutes of Health and pharmaceutical trials. She is certified as a clinical research coordinator. Her longstanding commitment to cancer care and community service earned her the Kitty Picket Award from the University of Maryland, Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Kaufman Cancer Center in Bel Air, Maryland.

Rosanna earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a clinical concentration in Women’s Health from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys lifelong learning, whether she's gardening, cooking, or expanding her clinical knowledge. She loves spending time with her family and attending her children’s activities, especially their sports events.
