Our physical therapy clinic is located within MedStar Health at Federal Hill, a comprehensive medical center at the corner of Key Highway and Lawrence Street, with free on-site parking.     Emily Richter completed an accelerated 3+3 program to receive both her bachelor’s degree and doctoral degree in physical therapy from Temple University. Emily’s rehabilitation specialties include:

    Connor Thomann attended Binghamton University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He continued his education at the University of Delaware and earned a doctorate degree in physical therapy as well as a master’s degree in anatomy and clinical health science. His rehabilitation specialties include:

    • Knee, foot, and ankle therapy

    • Neck pain and lower back pain

    • Orthopedic injuries and conditions

  • Carly Axman, PT DPT

    Carly Axman attended the University of Maryland College Park where she completed her bachelor's degree. Carly completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Carly's areas of specialties include:

    Diane Dallap-Phillips attended Duquesne University where she received her bachelor's degree in health sciences. She continued her education at Duquesne University, completing her master's degree in physical therapy.  Diane is a Board-certified clinical specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  Diane works with athletes of all levels and orthopedic injuries.  Her areas of specialty include:
