Our physical therapy clinic is located within MedStar Health at Federal Hill, a comprehensive medical center at the corner of Key Highway and Lawrence Street, with free on-site parking. Josh Billings attended Susquehanna University where he received a bachelor’s degree in biology. He also completed his master’s degree in physical therapy at the University of Delaware. Josh’s clinical expertise is in working with orthopedic patients as well as athletes, particularly runners and baseball players. His rehabilitation specialties include:
- Gait Analysis and Gait Retraining
- Return to Running Performance Enhancement
- Overhead Throwing Injuries
Rebecca Schwender attended Dickinson College where she received a bachelor’s degree in both biochemistry and molecular biology, as well as theatre and dance. She also completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Delaware. Rebecca leads the performing arts therapy program and specializes in the following:

- ACL Return-to-Play Testing
- Dance/Performing Arts Injuries
- Knee, Foot, and Ankle Therapy

Emily Richter completed an accelerated 3+3 program to receive both her bachelor’s degree and doctoral degree in physical therapy from Temple University. Emily’s rehabilitation specialties include:
