About Us

Our Waverly clinic is uniquely located in the state-of-the-art Harry and Jeanette Weinberg YMCA in Baltimore. Our patients have access to the 53,000- square foot YMCA facility and amenities, including conditioning equipment, computer-guided weight-training equipment, a wellness center, locker/shower rooms, and a gym for sport-specific rehabilitation.

Al Anglada attended the University of Richmond where he received his bachelor’s degree in sociology. He also completed his certificate of physical therapy at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Al specializes in the following rehabilitation areas:

Diane Dallap attended Duquesne University where she received her bachelor’s degree in health sciences. She continued her education at Duquesne University, completing her master’s degree in physical therapy. Certified in both dry needling and blood flow restriction, Diane’s rehabilitation specialties include:

She continued her education at Old Dominion University, earning her master’s degree in physical therapy. Jenifer is a certified lymphedema therapist (CLT). She is also a 200-hour yoga teacher-trained Reiki Master. Jenifer specializes in the following:

Derek Xie attended California State University, Sacramento where he received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Derek continued his education at Marymount University, earning his doctoral degree in physical therapy. He is certified in instrumental assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and specializes in the following:

Brooke Martinez attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she received her bachelor’s degree in modern languages and linguistics.
