Philosophy of Care
"As a leader in growing women’s health and education, I am dedicated to providing health equity to every woman and child. It is my mission to advocate for women’s health across the country. We all need to work together–physicians, hospitals, insurance companies, legislators–to ensure everyone gets the medical care they need.
“As a physician, I believe in using every tool modern medicine offers—cutting-edge treatments, surgeries, and advanced therapies—while also honoring the vital role of spirituality in healing. Whether through prayer, hope, or simply positive energy, I’ve seen how deeply it matters. Though I’m a scientist at heart, I embrace both the physical and spiritual dimensions of care.
“I will work relentlessly for my patients, never giving up on finding answers or walking alongside them when answers aren't clear. My patients’ struggles are not foreign to me; they mirror the experiences of my own family. I hope they feel heard, cared for, and confident in my knowledge. Above all, I want them to know they are in good hands.”
