Our PGY-1 Pharmacy Preceptors play a critical role in the education and development of our pharmacy residents. As mentors and educators, the preceptors are responsible for guiding residents through clinical rotations, providing hands-on training, and fostering their growth as independent practitioners. They ensure that residents gain the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
By serving as a role model and resource, PGY1 Pharmacy Preceptors help residents build a strong foundation for their future careers in pharmacy practice or advanced training.
